WELLBEING SHOULDN’T

BE A PRIVILEGE

About Us

Common Wellbeing is a social impact organization building scalable platforms that make wellbeing possible.

Wellbeing is defined differently by everyone.

The foundations that make it possible
are shared.

We do not define wellbeing for people. We strengthen the foundations that make it possible: health, income, and resilience. When those foundations are strong, people have more freedom to choose what comes next.

Our Core Belief

Health → the driver of wellbeing

Income → The enabler of wellbeing

Resilience → the protector of wellbeing

The Foundations of Wellbeing

01

HEALTH

“The Driver”

Health gives people the ability to live, learn, work, and care for the people around them.

02

INCOME

“The Enabler”

Income gives families more choice, more stability, and more room to plan beyond today.

03

RESILIENCE

“The Protector”

Resilience helps people withstand shocks without losing the progress they have built.

What does wellbeing mean to you???*

“… knowing my child can get the care they need when something is wrong — without waiting until it is too late.”

— Agnes, a mother in Rufunsa District

*

“… helping my community stay strong when drought, illness, or hardship comes.”

— Hopani, a village leader

*

“… growing enough to feed my family, earn an income, and invest in the next season.”

— Evans, a small-scale farmer

*

“… getting a high quality diagnosis here in Zambia, without having to leave the country for answers.”

— Daniel, a professional in Lusaka

*

“… being able to build a future in my own community — not having to leave to find opportunity.”

— Grace, a young woman from a rural community

*

“… having access to nutritious, locally grown foods and health products I can trust for my family.”

— Helen, an urban mother in Lusaka

What Makes Us Different?

We're not a PROJECT. We're not a PROGRAM. We're a platform built to outlast us.

01 Enterprise + nonprofit, integrated

Revenue sustains operations. Philanthropy and grants expand access. Neither alone is enough — we build both.

02 Long-term platforms, not short-term projects

We're not here for a funding cycle. We're building systems communities can depend on for the long haul.

03 Government and community as partners

We don't work around existing institutions. We work with them — so impact sticks after we scale.

04 Local ownership from day one

Wellbeing can't be delivered. It has to be built by the people who live it. We create the conditions; communities do the rest.

What We Stand For

01

We let people define wellbeing for themselves

02

We bring opportunity within reach

03

We build with communities, not around them

04

We replace fragile systems with lasting ones

05

We make wellbeing common
